John C. McGinnis

October 27, 1928 - September 10, 2009. John C. "Mac" McGinnis, 80, loving husband of Mary Lee (Glueck) McGinnis. Loving father of Molly (Dave Barth), Sally (Dan Monahan), Connie (David Flynn), John (Shelley) McGinnis, Kathleen (Doug Tucker), Joe (Sandy) McGinnis, Mary (Jerry Eilerman), and Erin (Tony Cline).

Preceded in death by Sally, 2006. Proud grandfather of 19 grandchildren. Dear brother of Mary (Doug Kroeger), Kathleen (deceased, 1929), and Pat (Dr. Mike Cahill).

Korean War veteran, longtime electrical manufacturer's representative.

Be-Concerned founding team member, and Cursillo member (Diocese of Covington).

Never to be forgotten: glass eyeball owner, great "patty duke"-er, our very own Doo-Dad, favorite horse "Hoofhearted".

Visitation at St. Pius X Church, Edgewood, KY, Tuesday 4-6:30p.m., immediately followed by Mass of Christian Burial.

Reception afterwards, church undercroft.

Burial Wednesday Sept 16, 11 a.m., family.
